Hey Susan I love your art I to am a Southern Belle from Mississippi I reside in Madison, Mississippi. I just love bird house and yours are just great. Do you sell your art at the Canton Flea Market? Oh by the way I am in Destin , Florida right now enjoying a three week mini vacation and have been thinking about how beautiful it is on this Emerald Coast and how terrible it is going to be to see not only our Mississippi Coast destroyed yet again but the long reaching effects on the entire Gulf....all we can do is pray for a miracle.....it will take God to clean up this mess

Susan - First, you all are in our thoughts with the oil spill. :( Secondly, you are an awesome artist...your simplicity in the detail along with ocean/beach inspired colors mentally transports a person back to good times! :)

HEY! My name is Sue Cox! My husband Tim Catlett and I are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. After hurricane Katrina, I had salvaged wood, furniture, and other bits and pieces from the storm debris to use in the rebuilding process. With the mountains of materials left over, we had formed a side business we call "Great Scott Creations". Although we have since used up those supplies, we continue to make FUNKY YARD ART out of recycled materials and found objects. It's alot of fun! We travel to Arts and Crafts Festivals in the tri-sate area (MS,AL,FL) selling our creations!
