I live in northeastern Ohio where the weather can be a bit challenging at times. I live on five acres in the country but sometimes the size alone can be a bit daunting. I solved this problem a few years ago by putting in one raised bed to grow perennials. It was so successful that I added a second bed last year and grew vegetables. Again it was a great success. So this year I am adding two more beds and am really anxious to get started on this project. My dream is to enclose it in a picket fence and to add a potting shed. Not sure if I will get all this done this year but one can dream.
