"The love of gardening is a seed that once sown never dies.|"

Welcome to my garden page and thanks for stopping by. My first garden was created in my home state of NJ, the garden state. We spent the next 23 years in the northern Virginia area, until my husband retired from the US Marine Corps and my two daughters graduated from college and moved to Atlanta. We moved south to TN to be closer to our girls. We have lived in the Knoxville area since 2000.

Check out my smilebox and enjoy the tour. Just click play below. Enjoy!!!

Migrating Monarchs...a race against time

Shutterfly photobooks

Click here to view this photo book larger

Hey Gail, Thanks for the comment on my butterfly picture. The bush is a butterfly bush. I also have some red bee balm growing in it. The butterflies go crazy over it.

Well I have several sources of water, 3 bird baths and our waterfall in our pond. Never had this problem before. I have always had hummers. Just wondering if the winter weather we had messed them up. Oh well maybe next year.
