YUM- Jerry-Now I am really hungry. where did you have the time to roast a whole pig? I'll bet it is tender. Did you put the recipe up on Mel's forum? I want to try it. Cheese and wine for me as an appetizer.

We did one here for Rocky's 70th birthday but didn't look quite this good...it rained that day and put the fire out lol

Just so we get this straight, the Romans learned everything from the Greeks and put their excellent twist on things, then the French learned from the Romans and put their special mark on things. Good food, good wine, good party!
