Hello All - I've recently started an information website showcasing the beauty to be found in gardens of all shapes and sizes across the world, and I'd love to have more content submitted by users of Gardeners Index (I have a couple already, but more would definitely be appreciated) All you need to do is upload a photograph of your garden, or a series of photos depicting a successful project from start to finish, a brief description of where in the world you are and any points of interest, specialist plants, tips etc, and I'll display them on my site for the world to see.
All are welcome - from a window box to a sweeping meadow - our motto is "Share your passion - inspire others - show your garden." You can upload your images at www.showmygarden.co.uk
I look forward to displaying your gorgeous gardens.
Many thanks
Gary

Thanks Kathy-It does although I am so used to it that sometimes I don't realize how fragrant it is, i love to have my pick of flowers to make bouquets from. Everything out in my garden works very well together. I have tried many different combinations and this is my tried and true mix. I do have different wildflowers that do add to it from time to time. I would get totally bored if there wasn't such a variety. That is one of the fun things about it.

This is a photo of my back garden. Here is how I put together my flower garden. There are irises, butterfly bushes, bachelor buttons, mums, roses Shasta daisies and an English rose Charles Darwin behind the fountain. This is just a part of my entire back garden.

Hi Ronald, I have over 200 and have been growing roses for 35 years. I have a garden that is almost totally sun. My roses are worth all the attention and time that I put into them. I use only organic products to grow them. I use rose soil around them to enrich and loosen the soil. Every 3 months I put Alfalfa meal, fish meal and worm castings 1-2 cups each around the base of the rose. I also make a shallow ring around my roses to catch all the water and rain that they get. I use an organic spray on my roses to get rid of mildew, black spot, rust and bugs. It is called Earth tone 3 in 1 from Espoma. I can be purchased on Amazon. It really works. It is a sulfur derivative, not a poison. Roses need a good soaking 2-3 times a week depending on the heat. Pinch off the spent blooms just above a 5 or 7 leaf , another rose will follow if you do that. Good luck with your roses, Nancy

I added my first roses in about 6 yrs. Never had luck with them before, but now with help of this site and all of you, I hope to keep them growing.

Lydia, it sounds like you have a much bigger groundhog problem than I do! Funny thing is that our groundhog does not touch the tomatoes (although the chipmunks eat the ones that hang low on the plants). I guess that's because he is so obsessed with…

Thanks Mia and Tanya. These busy eaters will pretty much polish off all the Passion Vine leaves. Not to worry, they come back with a 'passion.'
